This should be an outstanding mix of talent and bloodlines. Some unbelievable show and field dogs are found in their pedigrees. We are striving for a Dual type litter with an emphasis on conformation and hunt test style skills. This litter should produce superb hunting dogs with the ability to compete at any dog show.
Sage is a show-field cross and exhibits both beauty and drive in the field. Sage's mom comes from outstanding show lines and she carried on the tradition by finishing her Show Ch. Not only was she beautiful but she also had superb drive in the field. When Leslie Like, of Silver Rain Weimaraners, decided to use Ryder as the sire of Sage's litter, she produced 3 top 10 derby dogs. Sage's brother, Zypper, also ended up finishing 3rd at the WCA National Derby in 2005. Sage has one of the most beautiful points you will ever see in a Weim. Even though he is on the small end of breed standard for size his conformation is exceptional. Sage was a Top 10 Derby dog and has his Derby field points. He will be back out on the field trial circuit in 2007 trying to finish his FC. He has a very outgoing temperament and loves to please. Sage is a pleasure in the field and at home !!!
CeCe comes from a long line of outstanding show dogs. Her impeccable pedigree consists of some of the finest show Weims ever. Smokey City, Valmar's, Nani's, Colsidex and more can be found in her 5 generation pedigree. Loaded with talent, CeCe had no problem finishing her Show Ch going Best of Breed over Specials at the Evergreen Colorado Kennel Club Show.When CeCe arrived we wanted to see if she had any bird instinct and drive in the field. We were NOT dissappointed as she loves to hunt and has superb prey drive. If it has four legs or flies CeCe is hunting it !!!!! Our plans are to put a JH on her this fall and to let her enjoy the thrill of hunting with our other dogs.
